REGISTRATION button is on the main page (in Russian it's Регистрация)
When you click on the Registration button you get 5 fields to fill (steps 1-5) and then a button to click (step 6):
Step 1. Login (Логин) If the login you chose is in use by somebody else already you will see a warning in red:
Логин (login) занят. You have to choose another login then. If your login is OK, there will appear sign
Логин (login) свободен. Then you can go on to the next field:
Step 2. Address (Домашний каталог (адрес дневника в сети)) This shows how your personal diary' address will look like. Again, if a page with this address already exists, the warning sign will be in red:
Домашний каталог занят. So choose a different one. Sometimes there is a couple of seconds' pause while Diary checks the address. If address is OK the sign will read
Домашний каталог (address) свободен and you can move on to
Step 3. Password (Пароль). At least 6 digit password is required. The bar color and sign on the right shows the password safety. Again if the password is unacceptable the sign turns red. Bar colors: black - weak, orange - medium, blue - good, green - excellent.
Step 4. Repeat Password (Будьте добры, повторите пароль еще раз). Exact translation from Russian is: Be so kind as to repeat your password one more time ))))
Step 5. E-mail. Oh, this one's in English suddenly. You will receive a link to finish registration to the e-mail you put in this field. You will be able also to receive e-mail notifications of Diary activities you choose to follow. You can't use same e-mail for several accs, if this e-mail was used for a Diary acc already you will see the sigh in red:
(E-mail) используется другим пользователем. If address is accepted the sign will read:
(E-mail) - не зарегистрирован в системе.
Step 6. Now you only need to click on Register (Зарегистрироваться) button at the end of page. By clicking this button you acknowledge Diary Rules and Public Offer (same as everywhere; one important rule is - you are not allowed to publish or repost or whatever, if the post or diary or community is close (small lock near title of diary, community or post). But if you ask, in many cases you receive OK from the owner or author. Same rule applies to u-mail exchanges - ask your correspondent.
Here is the example with all fields filled in:
Anti-bot check. Just type the numbers or letters you see in capture into the field marked with ВВЕДИТЕ ОТВЕТ and press Enter or button Отправить (Send)
A sign will appear:
Вам отправлено письмо с инструкциями по подтверждению регистрации. Используйте ваши логин и пароль для входа "E-mail message with instructions on completing registration was sent to you. bPlease use your login and password to sign on"
And in smaller letters: Если браузер не перенаправляет вас автоматически, нажмите эту ссылку "If your browser does not redirect you please click". This can appear after you post a comment as well. Just click on the sign.
Screen FOUR is a welcome page. The upper menu bar consists of two lines.
Upper line:
Your login
U-mail - internal Diary mail. You can write to any Diary user. First several days a limited number of messages is allowed to prevent spam bots. "1" indicates that this user has one unread message. The first message will be a greeting at Diary.
Дискуссии Discussions. When you mark discussions to follow there will be a number of new comments in all discussions. If you click at the number - you will go to those discussions one by one. If you click at Дискуссии you will go to llist of discussions marked.
Выход Exit

Lower line:
Завести дневник - Start a diary. You do not need to start a diary, you can just have an acc. But with diary you can upload more avatars, you can post your own entries or repost from other diaries (better ask permission first if you are not positive that the owner allows reposts), you can collect other users' posts without reposting ("quotations book").
Новая запись - New post.
Избранное - Friends. Same as everywhere, shows your friends' posts.
Настройки - Settings
You will receive a link on your E-mail. Click on the link to complete your registration.
Well, that's about it. This is what you will see. The sign reads: "User (login) is successfully registered"
You will be redirected to screen SEVEN. Here you can choose:
1) Создать дневник - Start a diary (type name of diary in the field - whatever you like)
2) Создать сообщество - Start a community
3) Пока ничего. Создать дневник или сообщество можно позже - Not yet. You can start a diary or community later
